In the initial phase of this weight loss program, we sit down with you and develop a personalized diet plan based on your body composition, your eating preferences, your lifestyle, and the healthy weight range for your build. We know you want to lose weight so we will measure your current weight, and take measurements to set a baseline so you can see the progress you are making in your weight loss journey.

Next, we create a diet and fitness plan and exercise schedule personalized for you. You’ll receive training in our exercise facility to learn how to utilize the toning tables, the cardio equipment, and the group fitness classes to lose weight. You’ll meet with our Lifestyle Coach twice weekly to receive your new meal plan and grocery store list for that week, to weigh in, and to get tips and motivation for losing weight and becoming successful.
